Hi, and Welcome in!
I’m April M Juarez, and I’m so happy you’re here! I’ll give you a little insight into my life, and then we can focus on you.
I’ve spent the past 20 years helping people reach their goals—educational and career goals as well as health and fitness goals. Then, right before COVID hit, I got sick, really sick. I’ve been through plenty of hard times in my life, but this really tilted me off my axis. I had to leave a job that I loved. I had to completely overhaul how I ate, slept, and exercised. And I had to find ways to reduce my stress. I did all of this so I could focus on my health. I had to change A LOT of aspects of my life to accommodate these new chronic health issues. I’m not gonna lie. This was, and sometimes still is, hard.
Today, however, I am managing my symptoms well. I am living my life again. And I know that I am not alone. I have so many advocates now, including doctors, counselors, coaches, and many other smart and kind people in large part because they believed me when others didn’t. I never gave up on searching for answers. My wellness, my well-being, was worth fighting for. And now I’m living a happy, healthy life, and I’m driven to help others do the same.
So no matter what you might be facing now, right now in this moment, be it big or small, a thought on a piece of paper or a manifesto of sorts, I believe that you are worthy of an advocate. Your physical, nutritional, mental, emotional, social, occupational, and financial health are worth fighting for. Your wellness is worth the effort. You are capable of being fearless in the face of challenges. You are capable of seeing things through a different lens. You are capable of making the kind of transformational change that life often requires so that you can live a long, healthy, and happy life.
I've done the research. I’ve done the training. And I’ve done the self-change work myself. I'm here to help you do it too.

Expect to get a hefty dose of hope dealt your way. And know that I’m not here to judge you. I'm not here to tell you what to do or to make you do anything. I’m here to help you see more clearly what is already in your heart, to help you take the type of action that fits your needs, and to work in service of your values so that you can make your desired outcome your reality.
